Frustrated with this, I became motivated to become her Medicare expert so she’d get the best plan for her needs. Before long, I was getting calls from Audrey’s friends, neighbors, and even her Friday night bingo partners. Everyone seemed to need help, and the personal touch that I brought helped everyone to really understand their insurance options. It was time for me to jump in, 100%.
